    YES! I think it's fantastic. Did you watch Episode 2, with Orlando Jones as Anansi? That was one of the most powerful, riveting scenes I have ever seen. Jones killed it with that speech - full of rage and violence.

    I'm watching too... I'm a bit behind because of my peculiar habits on watching TV. I record everything for the weekend and only watch then. Has to be recorded so I can skip commercials... I know some shows don't have them.. it's just a habit.

    Yeah, I find myself time-shifting shows all the time. Really good ones I'll "save up" and binge on.

    I've been avidly watching it each time it airs.
    I'm amazed at how well they matched the feel of the book.

    Just saw an article saying they've already greenlit a second season for it!

    I watched the first episode a few nights ago but haven't felt driven to watch anymore since. I plan to give it another go in the next couple nights. It was reallly weird.

    I think having read the book first really helps understand the show.
