I enjoy alternate spells. Especially if they are from non-latin origins. Kaos is Greek and spelled with a K. I always found it weird how we have C for K sounds.

I'm not sure how to find the Beta reader group, so I guess I'll just post it here. I really liked Aleron's idea of a Chaos (or Kaos) Seed, so I was considering writing a book about a seed of Æther. So, two questions.
A) Do you think there's anything missing from the linked stat table?
B) Do you think it's too overpowered?

It's seems fine for the moment. Can I assume you already have the next seeds planned out that you will given the MC? That seem like it will give an idea if it is broken or not.

That's is probably a good spot to put it, if you want more experienced betas. If you want to specifically request the exiles, just use the @.

 

Like the status but I have a few questions.
1) How are you putting together stamina regen? Is it based on agility + endurance, double the endurance or some other stats?
2) Under all encompassing Æther, is the ability gain temporary or permanent as the text seems to imply? Do you lose access to your original powers?
3) Would someone with magic affinity at level 100 have instant casts on any spell no matter how high the spell-level? Might it be better to have people cast 2% faster? That would be more or less equivalent to the current system up to a pretty high level but you would always need at least a little time to cast


- This is just my personal thoughts on the innovative skill as it seems pretty powerful. Someone really innovative could be susceptible to all sorts of influences and ideas, including ones that might not be beneficial despite appearances. Maybe a vulnerability to eldritch influences or similar that scales with level.

 

In the ability list you have the line "level this skill further.."
From a community where things get muddled all the time, you're gonna want to change "skill" to "ability". Maybe "advance this ability" or some such. Maybe even omit the line entirely, who knows. Devil's in the details.

Innovative sounds more like a character trait than an ability, something leveled by acting according to character.

Also is this the basic Stat sheet for every Aether seed? If so then yeah little op I think. Buuut if it's just for the Heir of aether then I think it's great. Also now I really want to know what core status is all about

Nice. This goes into a bit of what I want to know if he gets another's seeds status and abilities. Definitely agree you need to be much more segregated in your powers, by putting them into their own boxes. Traits, perks, abilities, skills, characteristics, etc. there are lots to be used. Fast learner is a an ability, but that was something that was given to him, not something is his own train before he was role playing this Richtær character.

 

Thanks a lot. Litrpg statsheet for Æther Seeds (Tentative title) is the updated stat sheet. Core status is how something evolves from an Aether seed to a, for example, aether bloom? blossom? I don't have the terms yet, but you get the idea. In addition, some parts of the abilities, such as the amount of additional amount of seeds available, does not increase each time the skill levels, or else that would make the MC way too op in the beginning.
