So a nice initiative in the MV was for Richter to awaken everyone's powers , except pixies, sprites etc... so why no use Randy to do the same for everyone as well as others like Hisako. Todo : Richter awakens powers of MV Villagers, Kindr, Pixies other allies etc.. Hisako awakens powers of MV Villagers, Kindr, Pixies other allies etc.. Paid Trainers get "motivated" to awaken powers.. Randy wakens powers.. I mean make his "disciples" swear oaths of secrecy or whatever As an administrator hes Ok I guess.. but as anything more he kinda has room to grow
