Caster can probably step out of the way or hide behind a magical shield. Its also problematic that the pixie has to carry part of the weight. That's a lot of weight they have to carry up into the air. On the other hand a falling boulder at the right moment would definitely prove distracting. Or deadly.
Yeah but even a 2lb rock would hurt dropped from height. Also the sprites are so fast and small very possible they are not even seen. Since we are talking about armor possibilities what about the Sprites making the Pixie scouts cloaks of concealment? Good luck seeing them then.
Makes sense. The HT is a big faction and likely old as well. They have had centuries to gather knowledge of the outside world. Just because they don't like trespassing humans on account of the poachers being murderous scum and Yves (biggest human kingdom in the vicinity) , that does not mean they aren't visited by merchants of other races. Nor are they prevented from trading with allies that are more open to the outside world. Heck I reckon they would welcome travelling kindir, they have few items of great value to them as they appreaciate other things and they can always shake them down if something important goes missing.
Mini Pouch of Holding filled with Combat Weaponised Potions in side of Potion Vials Enchanted with Negation Enchantments so that they have a chance of bypassing Shields? Even just a Rock or Lead Shot/Bullet or Poisoned Dart Enchanted with that would be effective. Although for known Mage types an Enchantment Specific to them might be better to bypass Shields?
Well there are 4 types of Celestial Pixie...One for each of the MV ley lines. Might even be possible that if the shield is same type of magic as the Pixie that they could bypass it.
How and when is Elora going to obtain celestial magic (assuming she has the aptitude for it). I was hoping she got one spell right off but it didn't happen. Option 2 would be to somehow convenience the vindicators to give her /unlock one. Option 3 would be for HM to summon that angel, though it might not have celestial magik. Of course the end goal is giving Richtær a celestial spell. The scouts couldn't use it of course...
Maybe HM can abuse her summoning spell a little? Call the cherubia over, show him the tree and the celestial pixies, butter him up a little about how great celestials are while sticking entirely to the truth. Hope that since demons and abyssal creature seem to have a tendency towards assholishness and evil, the opposite is true for their counterparts. We know that good factions rejoiced when pixies returned. As evil is sure to discover their location and bring all sorts of trouble, Richter might as well see whether the village can gain the support of celestials.
Good catch, I should have look at it's stat page before posting. So you're saying there's a chance. He did have fairly good heal spell.
A chance bordering on certainty. Establishing a celestial presence on one of the most important battlefields in the universe has got to be enticing for them. Helping the celestial pixies accomplishes that task.
Spoiler: Spank Richtær need to Identify that pixie dust. Might be able to make a potion of flight. Would help the sprite scout with their pixies.
Did not the light court already send a team in response to the Plague squad sent by the dark court? The light court will not be happy to hear about Rakshasha. Of course the statue is gone but I think they might feel the need to get involved.
Not sure how that connects to what we were talking about. An overt court presence is unlikely to last long. The lich was hiding his presence, most likely because there are groups, organisations and even nations dedicated to eradicating them. Basically all beings have an inherent interest in stomping on court worshipers as they seek the end of the world.
I doubt the celestial hold a candle to the absolute strength of either court. The exiles have the power to destroy everything. That includes the celestials.
The exiles can't come to the land only their servents. So it would be celestial vs elite squad representative of the court.
Not really how it was framed. Their war was destroying existence, because they were going all out, not because they were necesarily the strongest force in existence. I doubt the celestial lords or whatever would be foolish enough to do so. Plus the infinite forces keep each other in check.
