What would you do with the chaos blade that Heman had? Would you sacrifice it to the Forge of Heavens and possibly let your own enchantment out into the world that can kill you. FYI it did disappear immediately after Heman died.
They disappear after use or after 24hrs has passed after purchase(drawn from its Scabbard?), which ever happens first.
I think that they are more akin to a long lived Summon Item Spell then an actual Created/Forged Enchanted Weapon/Item.
If a Chaos Blade can't be used in a Chaos Seed before it's time is up (personally I wouldn't purchase one unless I had a Target Chaos Seed to use it on) then I would try giving it to the Forge to see what happens. What I definitely wouldn't do is Sacrifice it to the Dungeon, don't want those being given to anyone that gets the right/wrong Loot Balls and possibly end up being used on myself(/Richter). Am interested to see how they might effect Chaos Creatures other then Chaos Seeds of used in a fight with one, especially Chaos Spirits, Demons, ect.
If they are something like a Spell Construct rather then an actual Item then it's likely that the Forge may not be able to Learn it, at least not as a Level/Tier 1 Magic Forge(?).
I don't think there is much chance that the power of the dagger is a mere enchantment. This is a weapon designed to double kill chaos seeds.
