I'm up to chapter six in my latest HaremLit novel, and no one's has had sex. The damned plot keeps getting in the way. It's hard to squeeze in a little love-play when everyone's trying to kill the main character, who just wants to enjoy a dungeon crawl with his ladies. In the future, I probably should figure out where the sex will go in the outline. Just waiting for opportunity to open up during the actual writing isn't working so well this time. Well, once the healer runs out of mana, then they'll have no choice but jump in bed and "generate" more mana. On top of that, today I had an IDEA for another book. That new idea completely disrupted my train of thought, making the writing go slow today as a struggled to stay focused. New shiny trumps current WIP. It's a problem I'm working on. The struggle is real.
