There’s like a 23 min snippet of book 9 on his website. It’s Daji ( probably misspelled) trail. I’m wondering who the Akura are going to put in place of The Sashen family for their kingdom. Yerin maybe?
Nah, the main crew are.. Too fast growing, and with volatile lives. It'd be someone who they could rely on to be a self serving suck up to the akura family. Not someone who was on the cusp of becoming a sage and said haha whoops herald at over lord.
Yeah you’re probably right. I assume Yerin is due for a pretty big prize for winning the entire tournament, and probably saving Akura Malice. I think the golden dragon probably would’ve won their fight. Do you think any of them will end up in Blackflame Empire? Do you think they’ll expand the Blackflames territory into Sashen territory for supplying the winner of the tournament?
Tough to say, might not end up there since the akura like to take/bribe what they want beyond what the kingdom can, but they would also give the kingdom things for them leaving, and supplying 3 literally top notch candidates. On the other hand I could see a storyline for the trio being like "nah we're good here" irking both sides for lost potential gain.
Just finished... I'll wait to get into my thoughts, what I will say is right as we were getting into the real story... it ended. Now I'm checking for book 10 lol
