So is it just me or is this series going to hit every litrpg genre?
    1. Village building
    2. Dungeon core
    3. Qi cultivate
    4. Prude
    5. Harem
    6. Etc.
Seems he keeps expanding his genre for this boook.

I didn't really get a #3 vibe from this. Chi is mentioned buts it seems pretty tied to his stamina bar, less like he is actively "cultivating" anything. Maybe the mana manipulation Hisako was talking about with channels, but... He is the king high idiot who ignores all the easy training he can do literally all the time.

pretty much nothing new the release date is the still slotted for 6/21 and now it looks like he's on some "release the book and the audio book at the same time" deal.

For all that is holy this is savage... better be a good book. Without a cliffhanger.. Like I'm pretty sure he has the book written its just that He has to "Finish" 9 and Eye 2 book. And audio..

They definitely have book 9 finished, if they're releasing audio at the same time. Awhile back there was "Nick has time to start in march" announcements and such. I get why releasing both together is 'cool' and all, but I also know (read: heavily suspect) that it will be riddled with mistakes that aren't being looked at in this time. Because if they were, they wouldn't be having Nick read the fucked up version, delaying the recording time even further.

There's a LONG list of beta readers at the end of his books, how are there still so many mistakes?

Not enough people on the list that will try to tear his ideas down and poke holes in his theories.

Its not grammatical errors that are the main problem, its logical errors.

In other words, Aleron needs a troll that will tear things down so they can be rebuilt right not another fairy to polish his ****.

Some folks don’t accept criticism well. Hopefully he has someone he’s known for forever and will listen to reading his books.

So it's just a long list of useless ego strokers and book groupies? What's the point of that?
I just reread book 8 and was saying, "typo, grammar error, misuse of a word, continuity error, etc," in my head. Then I told myself, "He's an independent writer. He doesn't have a real editor, so some of these are acceptable," but then DOZENS of betas missed them. I don't know if I should be blaming AK or the betas.

I do too, but AK picked them, probably more for their ability to praise than edit or critique.

Looking at the prompt for expertise books from the sea of chaos

Reading this book will teach you the expertise needed to reach the 4th rank of weapon mastery in one of the following styles:
Bladesinging - Dawn Elves of Vinastra (Long blades)
Shadow Skimming - Gloom Elves of Whisper Woods (Small blades)
Granite Breaker – Mountain Dwarves of Firetip Mountains (Maces and Clubs)
Sundered Heart – Leopard Beastkin of the Havandt tribe who dwell in the Plains of Gold (Spears)

Is blade singing for regular swords (swordsmanship skill / black ice compatible) or for bigger swords like a zweihander /claymore? On that note does swordsmanship cover the bigger blades or are we missing a skill in the line up?
