Richto, Alma, Scion, Mauler - survived for a fact. Wind deamon - Alive, until proven differently. Explosion will weaken over distance, like an atomic bast(kills everything 0.5mile range) but 1 mile range not a problem wind deamon did not fly, its not about flying its about slowing the fall even a tiny bit... dude has magics.. wind magics.. and wind abilities... no way wind deamon died from falling, also the mausoaleum has absorbed a very great amount of the explosion thus shielding everything beneath it in a way.. Did the demaon die from rocks falling on it? maybe.. maybe not.. What is the problem here is that Richto will no go to look for the body of the Mauler or the deamon, or the body of the litch.. so sad..
That's just the Energy Blast, what about the Thermal Bloom, the Air/Wind Concussion Wave, Radiation Pulse&Fallout and the sickness that fallows. Of course that from a Nuclear Detonation so don't know if those also happened with the Mana Storm Blast, but then again there's also probably Magical effects that also happened, like for instance Magical Mutations or Material Reality Shifts or Tairs.
Probably be able to Speak/Understand/Read most of the Extra Planar Higher Languages versions of Trade & Common that are Tier 1&2, and possibly a few of the more common used languages as well, at least in part. (and maybe a basic feel for a few smarter Lower Beast Languages (especially the Reptilian ones, although not probably truly speak them just have a feel about their intention?)?) Will likely be able to read the Map Fragment now, and probably at least some of the markings on the Quickening.
I don't think it makes too much sense to have technologies limited to tier. Tier is a personal thing, thereas technology is related to civilisations. There could be evolutions giving massive boosts to researchpoints an individual can generatethough. I think they will get some form of spellscripts, than lesser runes such as the ones the royal builders in Yves know. After that would be true Runes. Likely unlocked a few tiers below portals, so t11 or t12, as portals are at least partially based on the technology. Might have to research more mundane scripts first along with magic theory.

If so then it still might have been enough for him to have permanently Leaned that language via his Gift of Tongues Ability.
Because there was no notification about learning the language and the special place of combat, put me down as not having learned the language. I believe it was a place that just allows language barriers to be removed so communication is facilitated.
Pretty sure it's because he became tier 2 which matched the form Xuetrix has (tier 2 rank 6) the ability doesn't extend to higher beings, but Xuetrix isn't technically 'higher' than him any more.
Maybe at his current tier he can understand, but can't speak it yet. That would explain the lack of a prompt.
With Richtær's stat screen not having changed for languages, I will continue to believe he did not learn it. It will be a nice surprise if he did.
