Well The old forum was mentioned a few weeks ago in a post and someone commented with this forum and it hasn’t been taken down yet. But that was just in a comment
Depends. When I wrote a post asking about the old forum it was taken down pretty fast. Diden't ban me or anything, just said I could join the mist thread on facebook that is open for spoilers. If you recommend this site though, it is likely to be taken down and you might get banned. You could be circumspect and ask whether there are anyone active from the old forum without mentioning this site at all. That might bring you a few replies/ bites without setting them off.
So go ahead and post if you don't mind getting banned or create a throwaway account. Could sstay up a couple hours if you are lucky.

I asked Aleron why it was shut down, he said because he kept getting ad's and would prefer people use FB. But you can't have access to the wealth of info that you can on the forums. ..
