    Why the 'Online' as part of the title?

    So any book from an NPC pov should have Online in the title? Even if it's a PC game, and not an online one?

    There's no hard and fast rule. It's just something a few of the early authors did and a lot of people copied. Makes it a bit more evident it's about a game.
