Well, that kind of takes me back. Sort of. Years ago, my wife and I were playing in a Star Trek RPG that was based on Star Trek the original series and the animated Star Trek tv series. The ship we were on was more military than exploration, and so it had a contingent of Federation marines. I played Colonel Andrew MacTaggert, who was known to wear with his dress uniform two ivory handled Colt 45's that were an inheritance from an ancestor. My wife played a Kzin physician who joined the crew after having to leave her Kzinti ship when her crew's attempt at piracy of a Federation vessel was less than successful.

Haha, true story, one year I was at Dragoncon and I was in the basement of one of the hotels for this author panel. As me and my buddy were leaving we passed by another conference room and it had all the windows covered in brown paper. Sign on the door said: "Party after 10, only serious Furries, everyone else will be asked to leave." Right next door was BDSM Body Paint Session, which also started at 10. I'm into neither, but if I am honest, I was curious to see both events. However, I have no idea what a serious Furry is... and I had a run in with Mistress Silver when I was in my early twenties and lets just say the things she was going to do to me, I gave the safe word and left. Thanks, but no thanks. I am definitely not a submissive.
Their furries who don't laugh or smile like ever. Proper furries hate them because they are so sombre and miserable. It's like, look you found someone who shares your kink and now you get to do stuff with a cat without it being, you know, actually illegal and gross and making PETA come after you with knives, so be happy about it. But nope. They're all just... emo furries.
OMG, like literally the worst decision ever! How is anyone supposed to choose? I'd just curl into a ball in the hallway between the doors, half-painted and half in a cat suit, and mewl til someone fed me whiskey to shut me up.

Haha, no judgement from me. I like strange people with the confidence to know what they like. Obviously, neither of those things were for me, but I am firmly on the side of people doing things that make them happy, provided its legal and consensual I mean. Or that weird territory where its consensual non-consensual? Submissives are a strange bunch, the stories Mistress Silver told me about her subs are the reason I left.
