Started writing Lewd Paladin: Dread of Night. I'm 5,500 words in and going to try the impossible task of writing this installment in two weeks. (Why do I torture myself? ) The title is working title for now. I get to revisit Thorrin on his travels. The story may be darker then much of my other stuff. Updates to follow! ~Eden
Possibly a not so secret masochist? Maybe you like to dabble in the realm of having the whip crack over your head? Maybe I'm just reading to much into a simple question, and you just wanted a challenge. Oh and good luck.
I meant over as above and not as across. I have enjoyed all the books of yours I've read Eden. Now enough talking.... back to work... ::Grabs whip:: target cute posterior, in 3...2...1...
That naughty little elf that we know of has just come back from running a couple of practical exercises with some of the local crumpet based on things he says he learned from your last book. He looks propper knackered but he perked up considerably when he read this post and said that the two week timescale was good for him as it would allow him to recover and for the swelling to go down.
I would say read the book but I thought better of it and decided to give you a little more enticing sugar. Paladins in Lewd Saga have to unlock faith and the only way to do that is by...ummm...spending intimate time with a person/troll/dragon/other race. Their faith in the paladin will unlock. With faith, their abilities become more powerful because they have people who believe in them. The more faith they unlock, the stronger they become. The connection has to be there in the first place or developed between the person and paladin. You cant go around sticking it in everyone and expecting to be all powerful. It takes belief, desire and a little romance to give your body and faith to a holy paladin. Hope that helps
Eden's book's contain quite a bit of sweet sugar! You'll really enjoy her works if you like your fantasy with a bit of spice.
I like Eden's work, and her books as well..... err.... wait did that sound wrong? We hold faith Eden, buckle down and.... wait if I say buckle down does that derail your thought process to other things, like leather and whips? I don't want to derail you after all.... Anyway buckle down and keep at it.
Totally off-topic, but I once played a Warhammer fantasy rpg (tabletop) where I was a paladin of Slaanesh (I think that's right) the evil goddess of pleasure. She wasn't uptight at all! On-topic, you can do it @Eden Redd . Maybe.
I think leather and whips might inspire her. Also keep the faith Eden! You have people that love you and are cheering you on! Go go go! Besides the lewd paladin series is my favorite.
Sigh, won't be able to make my deadline. Up to 34,000 words. The book will ready by late August. *waves at the deadline as it passes by.
How I imagine it going down: The deadline gives you a judgemental stare as it passes by. You pop open a bottle of wine in response.
