Oh man, that is so cool.

Did you make the video yourself?

I'd ask for an ARC, but I have no reviewer powers. Lemme know when pre-orders are available though, I'm all about it. ^_^

Thanks, man. Yes, I did the promo video myself. I actually made one for another author this week. Are you interested in one? Price is reasonable. ;) Let me know.

I'll definitely let you know when it's live. Not doing pre-order on this one.

Sadly, I do not have a place to market w videos. It's cause my own website and social marketing have very tiny reach.

No worries. They can work great for FB ads.

You should put your website linkage in your signature file here. Would help with SEO if nothing else. And a guest post on the blog could generate some interest for ya.

Then again, we both know the real money is in the mailing list. I waste too much time, I think. Although, I'm still glad I spent the time to start this place. It's been good to meet so many interesting and like-minded people. Going to be 2 years in May that the site's been up.

Agreed, Video Ads work great with facebook.

Mailing lists are still great, but they're not as good as they used to be. That being said, there's a lot of interesting software that's coming out that can get far better open and clickrates than standard email. Likewise, don't underestimate the power of instagram/

I've been thinking of using BookSprout too, but it's more of a bring your own readers service. I like mailing lists because they're a direct line to people who enjoy your work. I try to keep my open rates over 40% for the litrpg reads newsletter - should really be higher on my personal list. I do remember the power of lists even just a few years ago. I ran a big romance one for a while.

What other software are you talking about? ;)
