My Favourite Anime This Spring Is About An MMORPG-Obsessed Woman

Kari and I just finished watching it, than k good ness for Funimation on Roku...Excellent little show, but, I did find myself yelling at the TV, in my best Ferb voice, "Kiss her you fool".

I actually choked on the line "do you believe in aliens?" It was just to random, Love it!

Also Sakura (in male form) was dressed like princess peach. I don't know but that made it hilarious.

 

Caught it on Funimation, they've got the OVA too. When we're watching anime during mealtime, we watch it in English, when we're catching it in non-meal time, it can be either.

Thought it was hilarious. It has been a great one this season. Now, waiting for Overlord to begin the big crossover...also more episodes of The Ancient Magus Bride.

Just so darn much anime to watch, between Crunchy and Funi...Now when Hidive gets its Roku app, there will be so much to watch...probably finally finish with Girls und Panzer.

 

Oh! Quan Zhi Gao Shou! Reading the manga, but there's also a light novel series I think translated by Gravity Tales. Yeah, I can never remember their names either (googled the chinese title), but the MC is pretty cool, right?! *gets chopped on head* Ok, ok. I'm cool, we're cool. Ahem. Still reading it, but didn't know about the anime (HOW 0.0) so ty mucho!

 

Side note: King’s avatar and King’s Game are different animes entirely. Don’t make the same mistake I did, folks - you’d be in for one hell of a shock.

I was looking for King’s Avatar on Crunchyroll and CR was like “here, watch King’s Game”

Totally not the anime I was looking for. King’s Game is ... well, intense, to put it mildly.

 

Kings Game, School Days, When They Cry, Doki Doki Literature Club...Never judge things by their cover.

 

So, thanks to you guys reminding me that king’s avatar is a thing that exists, I went to find it on YouTube.

Seriously though. F**k YouTube. I found the first episode, but all the rest are these BS “live reaction” videos. Anyone have a playlist link or something? My google-fu is so much better than my tube-fu.

Pretty much. At least until Chinese anime becomes more mainstream in the West, which I don't see happening anytime soon. Too much competition.

 

This thread is epically timed for me. I've binged all the anime I had on my list, and am searching for more. MMO Junkie it is (and then I'll watch others)
