Well he should get the inspiring leadership advancement in 7, even if it locks down to 17 instead of 19. Book 8 doesn't even need to change much just put something like 17 ---> 23 instead of 9--->14 or something and call it a day. The story doesn't change, he doesn't need to reveal the next rank bonus and the book is once again still riddled with errors, just 1 less.

If a person and their familiar is in a hypothetical environment that denies life magic being used, why/how can the familiar cast a life magic static shield around the MC?

If a Master of a place of power awakens a power, he gains a few spells up to the Master level of that basic magic.

If a Master awaken all the power of a place of power, he gets the number of spells equal to the number of powers, that are combinations of two powers each.

Would the Master not gain a few spells for his last powers, that were awakened, up to his level in those respective magics?

... Does that make sense? Is it readable?

I want to know if the benefits to the villagers automatically apply to new villagers in the future. With the caravan coming to the village, will the new villagers get the +5 to strength from the bones on the town hall. The +10% to health from the level 3 house of healing, movement speed, etc. Or does those boons only apply to villagers at the time. If when people swear fealty they receive all of these additional personal benefits that would be tight.

Every power merged twice with another power, leading to four distinct combinations.
    Life, water (pure waters)
    Life, air (breathe of life)

    Dark, water (dark wave)
    Dark, air (gloom portal)

    Water, life (pure waters)
    Water, dark(dark wave)

    Air, life(breath of life)
    Air, dark (gloom portal)

That part makes sense to me. I think giving him four decently powerful nearly unique spells as well as possibly access to the next tier of general settlement spells (mist constructs?) is a pretty hefty reward.

Wasn't Richter just granted the usual beginner spells though? Everyone he awakens gains 1-3 lowlevel spells,

Actually bags of holding are pretty good way to kill OP monsters
    f.e.
    1. incapacitate the Litch with banshee scream.
1.1 (Optional) Also use some sort of protection vs sound backlashs..
    2. then use something to bind him momentarily and just shove the bag of holding over his head and close it. thats it.
2.1(alternatively) somebody holds the bag and you just lift the litch and shove him into the bag, hes not a body builder he be skinny warlock.

You have bagged the Litch and now can loot all his shit. Super safe super solid. Incapacitated - yes. Dead maybe. ??
Don''t think this would work, litch does not eat or drink, or breathe, also he can resurrect himself by using a phylactery.

It could work on deamons/considering upon death they leave a body... Beyan would be happy.. creature/humanoids.. who can't teleport out

You'd need a bag with a large enough opening to force the creature down, which basically means you need a sack of holding. In theory that sounds easy, but I think that in practice its going to be difficult to pull off against a powerful figure with an army of protectors.

It could work, assuming the Lich is stunned so he can't tear a rift or hole in the bag to render it useless and destroy a very expensive tool. It would probably be easier to whack his head with a mace until he stops struggling and healing. Once stunned he would be helpless for a few seconds, long enough for someone to crush his skull and keep it crushed.

Anyway if you are going to catch people, why not use enslavement collars designed for humanoids wheel-of-time style (except without needing another caster to control them)? Easier to carry in large numbers.
