Vaguely remember posting something to that effect there, so I think that it might have been me, but might be wrong.
Thats a good point because you would think the lower levels are harder, so if he survived them he shouldnt have succumbed to the waterfall thing. But it was a well hidden trap and even Randy said adventurers often die in easy areas because they let their guard down. The guy was searching for a specific artifact, so it makes sense he would want to search all the levels to find it.
"The Link" Any prediction on what this could be people? One could say a blood stone is a link to the banished gods. Or did it have to do with the Tefonim. Maybe something very different. Maybe this missing link is the skeleton who looks kinda ape kinda human.
