POLL Should any one man (or woman) have all that power?

My money is on it being a completely different ability. Possibly passive abilities for level 1, and active or triggered abilities for level 2, like Nien's Death's Servant ability, or HM's Portal to Narnia spell.

Do we know for sure that claiming a POP/aeakening a ley line of a POP doesnt increase ones affinity?

 

They may have quests for that later but I think book 1 or 2 says you need enough affinity in all the requisite elements to claim it out right though.

 

It does say that. It may offer you missions to raise your affinity if they are too low, but as Richter has limitless that was never a factor he needed to consider. Would be interesting to see someone else have to go through a series of grueling tasks, simply to get to the starting line. Might make Richter appreaciate his pop more.

I could see him strengthening his bond with his pop grant increased affinity for the four power. In this case that would mean powerleveling the skills (limitless is really broken, Richter can continously raise his skills with +1% affinity boosters. )

 

Hrrm what happens if your 'next in line' like Sion, doesn't have all the affinities.
