Could be interesting but it could also be like the magic stone of the golem. I am leaning towards like the golem

They could Use it to build a Toltec type pyramid directly above the dungeon. The stone could be used to line a walk way like a snakes tounge straight into the dungeon connecting directly to the dungeon. I suspect at the very least the striated blood stone would facilitate the transportation of blood into the dungeon. It could be the striations of bloodstone would need to be lined up for it to work. It could be used for a slaughter house for animals. All the blood would feed the dungeon. Then the meats could be transported to the dungeon for curing in Roswans bacon curing room. If it does connect to the dungeon that way other things could be built or covered in it.

Weapons made with it might cause heavy bleeding. Arrow heads would be a worthwhile venture.

Even though I doubt Aleron uses the striated bloodstone for anything.

There is NO way it’s just red stone. We know it flashes and pulses as it feeds or transports blood back to the “main” Chaotic Bloodstone. That alone should make it more then red stone.

That’s not to say it has any power itself. It might only wick the blood away once severed from the main body. With that in mind I do believe once the Dungeon sees it as an outside food source it will take care of any problems connecting it. The dungeon still wants to feed. With the dungeon already having “outside” connections it shouldn’t be a problem.

I recall the dragons cauldron doing that with potions, I have no memory of any reference to the striated stone when blood is spilled in the Dungeon. It pulsed with light when he first entered, but clearly no blood had been spilled in it yet. Nor do I recall that they "lead" to the "main" chaotic blood stone, as we also haven't seen any confirmation that the giant one that glows is an actual blood stone, and not just a large glowing rock shaped like it. I welcome any definitive quotes that say otherwise.

Until then, there is a chance that they are in fact, just red.

I dont think it was a Kaos seed, the timing is off. I think it is a natural out of the woods to the north west (whisper woods? Good book). Though how did they bypass Law?

The azergoth swamps would be my guess, maybe further to the north as well. There are also goblins, orcs, and so on in the firetip mountains. Along with dwarves.

As far as a race goes I think it will be a human.

I think that they could be the alliance, too. I’m not sure why but maybe the orcs and such boss around the goblins. And maybe evil dwarves help outfit them all for a cut of the loot and such.

Duergar would be the go to race for that, a race of evil dwarves Aleron specifically mentioned when he introduced the legendary axe as the only other race who can wield the thing? We also know murk dwarves exist, but apparently not in this region.

    Of course there are XD

True dwarves are forged by the great tragedies of the past and their unrelenting drive to hold what they have left, rebuild their numbers and retake their strongholds of old. The duergar, the murk dwarves, and the chaos dwarves in warhammer fantasy are defined by the fact that they broke under the strain of the unrelenting hammerblows of fate that forged the true dwarven races.

Their eventual defeat is inevitable, as is the rise of dwarven hegemony over every mountainchain. Also, the dwarves have Richter at their back.

My guess is some human. Probably a dark/death/eldrich type of magic definitely of evil alignment. I truly expect the person to be a go between from the dark court to the evil minions of the land. I don’t think any other Earthling has been there long enough to have that type of influence. I do suspect the evil puppet master to groom some bad @$$ chaos seeds.

I don’t think they need to be a minion of the dark court but it would explain some things. Could just be a warlord type making the most of chaotic times.

I agree but we know a few of them in the dark court were the ones bringing the seeds to the Land. We also know that the courts do have their proxies in the land.

If I were paying for and planing a dance party I wouldn’t only send out invitations. The people invited would also be dancing to my DJ’s sounds.

Ya know that Drow seeming elf Modara, she might actually be a Gloom Elf, not a "Dark Elf" / "Drow".
