In Terrod's litrpg.com Stat Page he also had Levels in Cudgels as a weapon. Level 2+ if I remember correctly. Presumably he got this Skill after opening his Tavern, as a useful not-necessarily deadly weapon against drunks & trouble makers. Also he did Threaten Richter and Sion with a Cudgel in Bk1. https://www.litrpg.com/status-pages-2
So if we get a tavern or bar, can Terrod go back to Manning it. Then he can become a spy for the village which for him is about camaraderie where he gathers information.Maybe he can get back that cudgel skill. He can claim a falling out with his Lord because he kept going off on his own, while it was his job to protect him.
Click on the below Link for Alerons Litrpg.com site, it shows the Status of the Companions. Then Scroll down to Terrods and its there. LitRPG Cudgels Lvl 2; 17% to next level, 92% affinity.
Not sure what book that list is for, but it isn't the second. Since it also gives his war leader skill, I'm going to assume book 4. Those online lists...they aren't trustworthy. thanks I might include it.
The skill gather information. When Terrod speaks about it, of rather purposely asks not to talk about, he sounds like the skill was from evil actions. Do you think terrod tortured people, maybe bust some knee caps?
Doesn't seem like the kind of man he is, but sometimes men change greatly. Maybe he was originally an yvesian torturer/ soldier who helped persecute nonhumans only to fall in love with one? Redemption stories like that are rare but they have happened in real life.
I think that he got that Skill while working for a Criminal group as a enforcer & collector, before he opened up his Inn.
Seems Terrod started out with 100% affinity for war leader. Which is great since he is the current commander of the guard. Maybe a skillbook can be acquired to take him all the way to journeyman status?
