Quest 2 started off a bit shaky because I couldn't remember the first one although I remembered I had liked it. It wasn't as good as book 1, but I won't give up the series over it. The Land Catacombs was good as always. I will say again that I don't find this series amazing, but it's good and I will continue it as well. Fayroll is supposed to be amazing. I loved the first chapter and then I listened to it on audio and I can't stand the narration for it. I've thought about it for a few days on whether I think its the story or the narration and in the end, I think it's both. I don't think that this series deserves the praise it has gotten as the mc doesn't give life to any npcs and treats them as such which imo takes the fun out of it. May que up Emerilia and give it another shot. I've yet to get past a couple of hours in to it.
Never heard of the quest. Checking the kindle store for "the quest" is ... well, yeah. Not helping. Unless it's the minecraft book?
Ohhhh, yeah. That book. I scrubbed it from my brain after reading the second one. I *really* didn't enjoy Dark Paladin #2. Didn't feel very strong one way or the other about the first one either, but I didn't dislike it enough to avoid the sequel.
Depends on the Quest, could be Lions Quest. Emerilia book 1 is a little rough, but over all I really enjoy that series.
Yeah, I thought you were talking about a series titled "The Quest", not the second book in the Dark Paladin series. I liked it quite a bit. I've been checking every now and then to see if book 4 is out yet or not.
