Was that portal in the bounds of his domain? I thought he was outside the mists and Futen was only there because Richter was an anchor for him

It is inside his domain, it was a settlement or domain quest I believe.

 

I believe that it was suggested that Richter has idea's about Dismantling the Dark Portal, because he could get some very interesting things from it.

 

How did people defeat The Blob? There must be a similar tactic that can be used.

Yep, they Froze it with Liquid Nitrogen and other Freezing Agents/Gases and then shipped it to the North Pole to prevent it from ever Thawing Out in the original movie (be a problem for them with global warming now), Fire could hurt it but didn't seem to do really that much damage to it.
In the remake a Religious Nut Job of a Faith Preacher was able to conceal a Tiny, Tiny, Tiny Frozen Shard of it to himself that he kept in basically a small jam jar, no way that wasn't going to be an issue later.

Okay so the war council to deal with Singh must have been when Randy was still pretending he wasn't a master of water magyk. That dude better have some Adept or Master level ice magyk to deal with things like that.

 

Depends from the slime perhaps we would need at lest 3, master lvl mages?

also Randy has disclosed to Richter his abilities within the first day.
nor sure how Hisako could not notice who Randy is..

 

Even when Richtær got wrecked by He-man, they still didn't know Randy's abilities. I think they still don't, but with the Dungeon fight, they are beginning to understand...though he still didn't use magyk in that fight.
