I just finished Breaking Rules (Book 3 of New Game Minus) by @Sarah Lin . The whole series is really good from start to finish. Clever characters, clever plot, great dramatic usage of RPG elements, the leveling up segments are very engaging, and the overall series had a well-done ending. Also (writer hat on), it's well written and has really solid usage of its themes. Props.

I just re-read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K Dick. I read it years ago, so it was fun to revisit it and see how well it stands up. Surprisingly well, I'd say. It was also interesting to see that all the components of Blade Runner were there, just treated in different ways. The movie added very few new components and deleted a couple that play a big part in the novel.

Catching up on Overgeared. Have to say, despite all its flaws it's still on of the most fun and entertaining LitRPG series I've ever read.

Not fantasy. I am re-reading Masters of the Air: America's Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany, by Donald Miller.

I do a lot of reading (and audiobook listening) to books about WW II and the U.S. Civil War.

Not Fantasy, but Be Not Far from Me, by Mindy McGinnis. A sort of survival in the wilderness tale.

With the Lightnings. The original installation in the Lt. Leary series. Older novel but pretty fun!

I just finished The Horror of Supervillainy (The Supervillainy Saga Book 7) by CT Phipps.

Overall a better read than the last two in the series, but not quite up to par with the first couple. Still, it was worthwhile for my time and interest.

Recently completed The Medieval World, by Dorsey Armstrong (part of the Great Courses).

The parts that discussed the life of nobles, artisans and peasants, and things like food and science and medicine were particularly interesting to me.

I'm reading The Corrupted Core, by John Stovall, and Snow, by John Banville (a mystery novel).

My wife and I saw a meme that said: "Good job, you haven't bought any books today. You should reward yourself with a book." So we did, and I have an actual dead tree book for Snow.
