Flurry of Blades sounds like the talent was used in conjunction with an advanced version of "STRIKE WHEEL (Dual Wielding Attack) Rotate your weapons in concert to perform 4 strikes to the same spot in 1 second. Each strike causes +50% damage. Cost: 30 Stamina Cooldown: 2 minutes" bk 8
I suspect that it is a Advance Version of a similar attack to Strike Wheel but may likely be purchased by any Professed Warrior Swordsman wether they have Learnt Strike Wheel (or similar) or not.
So at book 2, Yoshi is level 26. He should be getting a specialization if he doesn't already have one. He has no magyk, but two high level skills. At least a Journeyman in war leader, and at least an Adept in Swordsmanship. There is also the experience in the Sprite sword style, of an unknown rank. So I would expect he specialization to be related to one of the three. Probably his sprite style form.
