Richtær used settlement points on the barracks without even having a level 0 version or the tech or blueprints. It should not have been done. My fix is to allow the level 0 to be the one Yoshi made in tob 2 be a Sprite specific level 0 training yard. Then it can be upgraded (and hybridized, because I think they are nice, but not needed). The quests to build a barracks and research that requires a barracks could still be valid because it would require a level 1 building.
Eh I just assume (deliberately) that they can a) construct any building under a certain tier even without the requisite tech or b) be used to construct any building the pop already knows, including old ones that existed at one point in its history. Tapping the leylines that were here all along and in their own way still KNOW "barracks level 3". This is entirely distinct from what is in the tech database, it taps into the pop not the village.' But yeah as it stands settlement points are insanely OP.
It is how OP the settlement points are. So for the barracks they came from nothing. Everything else got upgraded from a base building or the tech was known by Richtær specifically, which is fine.
I think we have already covered this in the previous forum in depth. Three biggest mistakes Richto has done was: Not moving existing portal from the Death knights cave to the dungeon and pimping it out. would have saved a ton of points wtf lol. Adding a shit ton of metal to the mines, while mine levels 2-59 are not even checked or cleared or investigated... WTF wtf.. I mean for 100 sharp stick.. why do we need 5000 tons of titan steel?! Is he gonna build Tanks? A battalion of Tanks?! or Ships? Airplanes? Not building all the possible buildings form wood to lvl 1, only then upgrading. Just think what blueprint we most likely will not get and only upgrade them. Was it worth to move the core buildings? little price but was it worth it.. Maybe use the points to grow more Life roots instead.. your thoughts?

Not all goblin settlements are POP's. They are supposedly pretty rare. Also (correct me if i'm wrong), isn't the ash stalker clan like hundreds of thousands strong? A loss of what, 2000 goblins is not very much compared to the total. I'm pretty sure they could raze richter's village if they wanted to, even considering their war with the kobolds. Feeling is mutual, Gobbos are tens of thousands strong, and fighting on multiple fronts, losing, strechted very thin... So if the info gotten form the charmed gobbo captain.. is legit.. we know where is their POP is! we know how few in number there are of them, and how little is their avg lvl. then if the Pop is closish.. we hit the master of pop. Its a sneak attack. no a full war. claim the crystal
Charmed Goblin Captain??? Are you sure your not getting confused with the Charmed BugBear from Bk3? Because if you are then the location of the Bugbear Camp that they got from him wasn't PoP but one of their main military incursion camps!
Yes I meant what I mean, because capturing a goblinc sout, new goblin scout would yield us crap info. If we capture a goblin fighter too.. If we capture a brand new gobo captain he would know things, heard of things etc.. I am using bugbear captain as a reference to capture something of that lvl of influence
