I'm thinking the Book probably starts about the same time as Monster's did, not factoring in temporal differences due to space/dimensional separations. Certainly no later than the End of Monster's.
True. But unless the earth shifts to having time pass as slowly as it does in the land - a strong possibility - they will have many years to fight the monster incursion before the chaos seeds can conceivably learn. Richter may not remain the strongest chaos seed for long, with waves of second gen chaos seeds fleeing earth.
