Ugh... the weather is not conducive for me writing right now. I normally don't get snow, but I got it, and I'm really feeling the pain in my brain cells. Not enough physical activity as it stands. Plus, I can't get out of the house, due to anyone and everyone being unable to get me to work (as an example). Still, gonna get back to work, if only to give myself time on the board.
I'm trying to buckle down and WRITE this month. I really have to finish this portal fantasy by end of month, so I can publish in June. I need the money!
My daily words counts aren't real consistent this month, but I have enough good days to make it worthwhile. It looks like I'll finish the book before EOD. Maybe, if I stay focused, I will finish it Saturday. I'm hoping to enjoy a Sunday off with a first draft in the can. Along with this portal fantasy, I've worked on a few side projects this month. I'm within 5 chapters of finishing one of those, and 10 chapters on another. I hope I can keep up this pace because I haven't been very productive since last September when my wife went into the hospital for the first time. Ye olde income has taken a major hit. I need to get some titles out there! Books on the ground working their magic.
I still track words daily, but not so good at post those counts. I did finish my book, and I've started the rewrite/edits.
