What is classed as Beauty might very well vary depending on Racial & Cultural viewpoints and Settlements, which would make Richters Mist Village especially interesting with his Limitless Ability effect the Mist Village and most likely allowing Omni Racial & Cultural effects of Beauty in the MV Settlement, not just Human but multiple Racial versions?
I don't think the city beauty mechanic's effect on morale will be its most important effect. I think it will influence other mechanics we haven't seen yet, such as tourism or immigration.
Good thought. Maybe there’s a fairly consistent idea of aesthetics among the main races (elf, dwarf, human, sprite, gnome).
As I walk around certain areas I feel the lack of beauty effecting my psyche. Some areas are just the pits and trashy and it reenforces the effect that makes them trashy and people will make it more trashy. So beautification is indeed important from my point of view. It should boost morale, thought I don't know what else.
