but that would be higher than the War Leader main skill, which is not allowed. But you are right even if it was 17, then the advancement was already made. It is hard to keep track of all the errors. Im trying to get into Kongs head and I am thinking there are three bonuses. because of the main advance and the two subskills advance (in error), because of the main skill advance get all three bonuses and the subskill gets no recognition because the main skill advance gets two bonuses and it recognizes (though not in text) that one other skill also advanced.
"All combat-related skills will increase 25% faster for members of your party. Cumulative with successive ranks." Hopefully this also includes Richter.
I would say yes, if he also gets the extra XP included too. This would apply if Army of One is working how I think.
