    It would depend on what he can get after the Wirm/Orc fight. But firstly he might want to Craft/Redesign/Refit any Cloths and Armour that he can get to better fit him.

    If the things that he gets from the dead Orcs are badly damaged (the living Orcs might not want to let him have the best stuff) then he might try and Repair them and get the Repair Skill and it's Sub-Skills. If so then his Smithing, Crafting and Unconventional Crafting might Synergies with the Repair Skills. He might even end up with Sewing, Tailing and LeatherWork Skills?
