It's at a minimum of 403.92 if God node provides ≥ 17 DP. With master node it's (25+5+3+10+3+5+17)×(1+4+.1+.1+.1+.5+.14) =68*5.94=403.92 With God node it is: (God node)*5.94+51*5.94 =5.94*(God node)+302.94 (That was from an earlier post on FB) if (17^2)*5.94+302.94= 2019.6 If (17*2)*5.94+302.94= 504.9
If we're going to make that calculation, remember the last 17 points for the master node, it hasn't been replaced, Richter can have many nodes in the dungeon. I assumed you meant 4 times the master nodes value, not putting it to the second power. Thats way too much power put in the dungeon this early for it to work out well. Gotta keep it balanced for it to be fun. Double the value of the master node seems pretty low for a legendary reward.
Never even thought about there being a second node. Good call. I still think one will replace the other, but both is good. Now we can not understand both the master node and god node.
So no matter the case the dungeon is definitely going to get a lot stronger, couple that with the mythical bonus reliquaries of the labyrinth and they’re going to get crazy loot. Just seeing how much better the loot was from the labyrinth monsters in book seven. Now his dungeon creates and infinite possibility of things, that he turns around and drops in the well of offering. The most village will grow/create/ have access to shit that nobody else will.
St. Reliquary 26 Gold Crowns, 17 Silver Marks Black Starfire Gem nd. Reliquary High Steel Dagger of Glow rd. Reliquary Damage Magicka Poison th. Reliquary 35 Gold Crowns 22 Silver Marks Not bad. Few things he could add to the Dungeon to grow/create/ have access to: gem, and poison. This will also be a boon to the magik forge, because otherwise the Dungeon can't make enchanted items that the forge can learn from, I believe...until he gets the correct room.
yeah that was just one drop though. From what was said in the book the labyrinth has infinite possibilities. So his dungeon went from only being able to drop what he taught it to be literally being able to drop anything. So it could realistically benefit every aspect of the village.
I'm thinking that the Black StarFire gem would be good for Enchanting Both Fire and Dark Magics, and possibly also Space/Ambient Particle Magic?
Seems a little op to just unlock the dungeons loot pool to everything. I don't have a mythic alternative to it (Labyrinth pays the cost of generating loot? Labyrinth donates and equal amount of DPs to the amount of DPs spent on loot so it is effectively Doubled? Monsters drop loot at the same concentration as Labyrinth monsters? All of the above could work) but just gaining access to the entire Labyrinth Loot pool seems.. Well it seems like cheap writing honestly. It wouldn't power up the dungeon so much as just remove one of the Dungeon rules and one of the larger functions of the Labyrinth Store. I like that the dungeon can only spawn what he's already supplied. He already gets a f**k ton of amazing items he can supply from just walking around his domain, and the Labyrinth Store would allow him to expand on that already, let alone the Sea of Chaos, and now his Harvest Bloodline Ability. I dunno just my personal feelings on it I guess
I agree maybe scale it to the level of the mobs in the dungeon to not get too out of control. But honestly I’m not the op police Some of my fav parts of the book is when he gets some “op” things.
I'm not trying to police it, and I like over powered things, it just seems like an extra way to plot fix that could already be fixed numerous other ways ie just going in to the Labyrinth for the better drops (now that his Dungeon is already level 10+) while his own dungeon grows to gain the same mana density for increased drops, or getting the item from the sea of chaos, or random pierce the veil treasure caches, or... You get it. On the flip side it would cut back on extra scene's spent entirely with him just adding items to the dungeon.
The dungeon cannot spawn the things the labyrinth can. So to get those things you would need to enter the labyrinth, which almost certainly has risks that match the potential rewards.
I was speaking to the reliquaries of the labyrinth bonus he received. I took that to mean he would get labyrinth esq drops in his dungeon
I will look for that tomorrow as I vaguely remember something on those lines, but have no idea what it actually is.
He can get Labyrinth Loot Drops from the Reliquaries of killed Labyrinth Monsters that enter his Dungeon. What they contain would depend on the Monsters strength and what part of the Labyrinth they spawned in.
On a connected note, am wondering what the Chaos Lords will do to help their Earth Chaos Seed "Children" to survive now that Earth has become connected to the Labyrinth? We will probably see more Chosen by the Chaos Lords but what else?
Probably no different than Richter, some lives, some abilities and the super special ones get setup with abilities that actually help Other than that, it's chaos, luck decides who lives and dies
Side question, is it just me or is Aleron hinting at a new type of tame for chaotic creatures and has he coincidently found one about to kill some orks? <edit: just found the thread. Sorry. >
