D'oh on the reveal/spoiler. Long day. Heh. And, yes, tis why the brownies only work cleaning houses of humans after dark or live in the forests... in my world, anyway. It's always interesting for me to research monsters from various cultures.
Did they ever name those things? That's one of the beasties from Tremors. Been a long time since I saw that movie.
I dont know if they did in the movies, it's been a long time since I've seen any of them, but according to google there is a name for them.
I thought they were called Tremors... and part two had those 2 legged things i thought were called Aftershocks.
Actually the correct term that they decided to come up with Grabboids. They named it after seeing their tentacles and it would grab their victims. I don't think they actually named the second one were shriekers. Named because they had thermal vision but when they saw something that moved they shrieked.
