Hey everybody! Finally got around to publishing my first LitRPG book. I don't have an email list and I haven't advertised at all. But, it is sitting at #6 in Christian Fantasy right now, so that's awesome. Of course, that seems to translate to only 5 units sold and 2K KENP. Guess the category isn't very big. I broke #10,000 on Kindle store yesterday when I wasn't watching. That's something I never thought would happen. Also, I'm pretty sure someone bought my other book based on this one because I've been flat on it for days/months and it just spiked that same day. Hmmm, interesting...
I've gotten three ratings on GoodReads, two 4 stars and one 1 star. The 1 star says that it became too religious for him and that he couldn't finish at 70% in. That's totally fair. He probably didn't see the category it was in. That or what passes for Christian Fantasy isn't as EXTREME CHRISTIAN (TM) as my stuff.
I'm bouncing between 11K and 8K on the Kindle store. I'm trying advertising, but it has only resulted in 13 impressions and one click over the last three days. I'm wondering if I need to up my bids or something? Don't know anything about advertising... Edit: I also need to get more reviews. If only I could get a couple more, maybe a total of five.
