An item from the sea of Chaos. It granta the wearer a chance to find a way in the darkest night. I think this means that even if there is a 0.0001% chance of success then the tear if rainbow will show u the way. However if ur a lvl 1 noob and a nuke explodes.. tear will not be able to help you!
Well of course. A nuke is very bright, no darkest night there. Afterward when the emp kills the lights... It might help to avoid wind from that explosive and the fallout that follows it.
