Richto can meditate whenever he gets a prompt: "You have 7s to make a decision" and then think about the mentioned decision for a few minutes? Can somebody check this? Also is the entering his "mindscape" a fast process or not? he could train that skill End result saved seconds, saved time, much more done in the long term and incredibly detailed plans... He should do this before every decision, at first, then skipping minor ones like what beer to drink lol
