@Exiles From Aleron’s live this morning: Omega Mag(e) is coming out in June, he does not have completed drafts of Book9 or God’s Eye 2. The release order is currently planned to be Omega->book 9->GE2 He’s moving to Portugal? My guess is it has something to do with his new relationship
Wow. June. Which likely will end up being December. And then maybe another year or two for another book. That is completely insane.
In good news it seems we may get another Dungeon Lord book soon as Hugo Huescas has returned from his self imposed exile. I feared we would never get it, but it seems Nightmare Kingdom is coming. https://hugohuesca.com/ And we even get a retelling of events thus far through Alder the Bards eyes. As for the waiting times for the land books, they are ridiculous. The books are good, but they are not THAT good. Sorry for dropping off the radar, its just hard to keep interest going when it seems like the author has abandoned the series and keeps launching new ones.
Guess he can claim to be the farther of Portugese litrpg, though he is in for a major culture shock going from the US to Portugal. Good thing he isn't coming to Denmark, his self absorption would make him a paria here due to Jante's law. Which isn't a law, its a cultural phenomenon that basically means no one is better than others regardless of position, power, wealth etc. Its considered childish and rude to act like you are something and shows of wealth are considered gauche. He would hate it.
It’s pretty crazy, I agree. I think he’ll have put chapters for the new series on patreon a year in advance of it being released instead of a few months prior like he did in the past. And then no first draft for the Land or god’s eye yet if I read his update correctly. What in the world has he been doing for literal years now?
The Reddit site talks bad about him but basically refuses to say anything good about his work. Not optimal.
