That looks incredible. The fifth element vibe is definitely noticeable. Looks like a great mix of genres, cyberpunk, sci-fi, fantasy. Parts of it even looked like they could have come from an mmo. I can't wait to see it!
How in the world is the 5th element "one of the best sci-fi movies of all time". Lol. This trailer looks pretty cool though. A bit tweenie.... needs some sparkly vampires, teenage angst and a JarjJar Binks character and it will be a blockbuster. I'll bet ya half the peaceful aliens are gender neutral with Euro accents while the monster races all carry guns with American accents and are trying to destroy everyone else.
Lol.. 5th Element was awesome when I first saw it. Dunno about now. It's one of those awesome 90's movies that you will forever remember as the glory days... before wrestling became entertainment and the media became bias. (sarcasm... both those have always been but you know what im saying... before the age that you really start seeing things as they are and you still have that teen tinted glare of the world)
I never had a pair of the rose colored glasses. The thing I liked about the 5th Element was, I took one look at it and I said, "Moebius". His work was one of the few reasons I would touch Heavy Metal magazine at all.
