Setting it up is quick, just set up a normal account and then contact them. You might have to join the librarians group. Once you are notified your author account is setup, then just write to the librarian group and let them know which books are yours and they'll do all the work of getting you squared away. If your account name matches the author name (mine doesn't, amazon's digital thing messes it up and drops the G) then you can actually claim the book directly, and they'll just confirm it. If they don't match, you'll have to do what I do and message the librarians every time.

I'd like a shop at some stage, but I'm wary of being the Zombie guy (since this trilogy is all I'll be doing of them. And some short stories. And maybe more... But you know what I mean )

Will do. I LOVE Zombies, but this genre is too damn exciting for me not to run off in random directions and write random things. That's my career path. Ug.

 

I'm a big zombie fan myself. I just found out that George Romero died on Sunday, which sucks. Insert zombie joke here.

 

So, my goal has been to surpass the abandoned OG LitRPG group over on Goodreads in number of members. However, while our group seems to gain 5 a day, the other keeps inching up slowwwwly but surely as if it saying, "I know you're coming for me Felicity, and i won't give up without a fight!"

Proof that you can't keep a good genre down, amirite? =) Truth is, I'm having a blast playing social butterfly over there. My only wish is that I could read FASTER so I could have all of the source material in my head, ready to go for familiarity's sake.

 

I think it may be because people are (as I did yesterday) joining both groups... Is that a bad thing? I'd be willing to bet that you are fueling their growth.

 

This is what I figured too, it's a good thing. We all need a little challenge, right? ; )
