Another big art form that has grown out of the gaming industry is Machinima. This is the use of games and game systems to create movies. Game music videos (GMV) can also be considered Machinima, however, for this post, I'll be keeping to the creation of movies. Lionheart Games had created The Movies, and, with that full movies with dialog can be created, however, other games can be used to make movies. Rooster Teeth's Red vrs Blue is done using Machinima, using the Halo: Combat Evolved game. I figure this could be a good place to share Machinima videos and Web serials, yet another notch in the expanding universe of gaming.
